Quality Policy:

Initiation, Commitment, Improvement, Enhancement and Excellence towards Quality Assurance in the Field of  Higher Education.

Purpose:

• To ensure quality of teaching learning skills and  infrastructure facilities.
• To interacts with students,  teachers and  management to ensure co- ordination for quality maintenance.                  

Goal: 

• To facilitate academic excellence in the institution.
• To work on strategies and ensure the implementation of objectives to build the institution that will stand as a beacon of light in the field of  learning.

Objectives

• To develop a system for conscious, consistent and catalytic  action to improve the Academic Performance of the institution.

• To Promote measures for institutional  functioning towards throug internalization of Quality Enhancement , Quality Culture  and institutionalization of best practices.                   

Strategies

• Ensuring timely, efficient and progressive performance of  academic, administrative and financial processes.

• Enhancement of quality of academic and research programmes.
• Equitable access to academic programmes for all the sections of society.
• Optimal utilization of digital techniques of teaching and learning.
• The credible internal evaluation procedures.
• Ensuring the adequacy, maintenance and proper allocation of support  structures  and  services.

• Assuring transparency in all the activities of the institution.

Quality Assurance Initiatives:

• Convenes IQAC meeting regularly twice or thrice in a semester periods.
• Prepares the action plan.
• Develops the quality benchmarks and parameters and application of the academic and administrative activities of the institution.
• To create learner-centric environment and participatory teaching and learning process.
• Development of quality culture in the institution.
• Acting as nodal agency of the college for coordinating quality related activities & adoption of best practices.
• Provided financial assistance to faculty and students to enhance academic quality excellence by participating in academic activities.

• Organization of Seminars/ Workshops / Conferences/ Training programmes on quality related themes and promotion of quality circles.
• Organization of extension activities through NSS, NCC, YRC and various department.
• Encourages MoU and Collaborations.
• Encourages the use of ICT enabled tools in teaching.
• To arrange for feedback responses from stakeholders on quality related institutional processes, analyzed and suggestions for improvement.
• Conduct Internal and External AAA.
• Ensures documentation of varios programmes and activities.
• Preparation and submission of the Annual Quality Assurance Report (AQAR) on the quality parameters .
